Filter element installation method of oil filter
Small gasoline engine models common, widespread use of disposable integral gasoline filter. This filter shell is transparent, can be seen from the outside. The fouling of the filter when the filter is dirty, should replace the filter, replacement procedure:
1、Prepare a new gasoline filter (same as the original filter).
2、Unscrew the oil inlet pipe, the fastening screw on the oil pipe clip
3、Pull off the old gasoline filter, install the new gasoline filter
4、Tighten Inlet and outlet pipe clamp fastening screw
5、If Gasoline spill need must clean
6、Start the engine and check for leaks.
Note: gasoline filter assembly before the import and export should be recorded clearly, not installed.
Note: do not smoke when working on the fuel system, keep the flame or spark away from the work area, and remember to release the fuel pressure when the engine is running.
EFI filter installation method
1、The waste cloth is arranged below the fuel filter meiruier 612630080205 and wrapped with cup oil-water separation filter;
2、The release of fuel pressure
A. Remove the battery from the battery anode cable.
B. Remove fuel tank lid
C. Will be the side of the square of the wrench for the tubing 6mm maintenance bolts, while another wrench used to clamp the special
D. Will waste cloth or cloth over 6mm maintenance bolt
E. Slowly release the 6mm maintenance bolt 1 turns
3, Remove the 12mm from the fuel filter and into the oil pipe;
4, Remove the fuel filter clamp and filter;
5, According to the order of the installation, use the new gasket;
Note: when the connection is re - connect, the flared tube joint of the high pressure hose must be thoroughly cleaned;
6, Tightening the pipa shaped bolt to 22Nm, tighten the clamp bolt to the fuel filter 10Nm, tighten the high pressure tubing to 38Nm.
