【Meiruier Filter】Considerations of tractor air filter

Ⅰ Don't neglect the use of primary centrifugal filter
The oil bath type air filter is composed of three stages, the first stage is a dry type centrifugal filter, which is composed of a blade, a dust bowl, a coarse filter cover and a coarse filter connecting pipe.
Blade is in order to get the directional rotating airflow, the dust bowl can not only play a guiding role and can store dust. Blade, dust bowl must be installed correctly, to prevent leakage, or not up to the role of centrifugal filter, engine wear and tear.

Ⅱ Check the air filter sealing effect
Remove the air filter outlet pipe, the inner wall color is the original color and touch parts, into the inner wall of the trachea, to see if there is dust. If the filter out of the inner wall of the trachea inlet pipe wall color gray dust, indicating the air filter effect is poor, or the air filter outlet pipe sealing, to find out the reasons in time, and repair.

Ⅲ Maintenance of air filter paper filter
Air filter paper filter maintenance, general use of compressed air blow off the dust on the surface, but also can be used in small wooden tapping shock dust filter surface.
Air filter element maintenance operation attention

• Compressed air pressure cannot be too high, so as not to damage the filter cartridge
• Compressed air needs to be blown outside the filter core, to avoid dust into the filter caused by pollution
• When percussion vibration filter dust, the force should be appropriate, to prevent the destruction of filter elements
• Before installing the filters, please check whether there is damage in the filter, if finding any questions, the element should be replaced at once.

Ⅳ Do not use the filter element without sealing packing
If the filter element without dustproof packaging, there must be a lot of dust on the surface, so that will increase the wear of engine parts. During choosing filters, please be attention, whether to meet the requirements of moisture and dust, try to use disposable filter element.

Ⅴ Improve the cleanliness of the air
Tractor often works in dry and more dust situation, it should install an air filter before the original filter, it can improve the merit rating of engine air, so that to decrease damage of engine.
