【Meiruier FIlter】diesel generator air filter maintenance

Tractors and agricultural vehicles are equipped with engines, air filter, oil filter, diesel filter, commonly known as "three filter". "Three" the work is good or bad, directly affect the working performance and service life of the engine. There are quite a number of drivers, not according to the requirements of the time and the provisions of the "three filter" maintenance and maintenance, resulting in engine failure occurred frequently, prematurely into the maintenance period. 

Among them, the air filter maintenance, in addition to the required time and operating requirements for maintenance, should also pay attention to the following points:
1. air filter guide grid plate to maintain no deformation, not rust, its tilt angle should be 30 ~ 45 degrees. Too small resistance increases, affect the intake, excessive airflow rotation weakened, dust separation ability decreased. Leaf surface should not be off paint to prevent oxidation particles into the cylinder. The direction of dust discharge should be able to discharge dust particles.
2 .maintenance to clean up through the breathable mesh with the dust collecting cup; filter, dust particles should not exceed 1 / 3 of the height, otherwise should be promptly removed; the dust collecting cup seal should be tight, rubber seal shall not be damaged or missing.
3 .fine filter the oil level of the standard, resulting in high oil into the cylinder and coke, too low to reduce the filter effect, wear speed.
4. Metal mesh filter in the alternative (silk), the hole diameter of the wire can only slightly smaller, not increase nor reduce the loading amount, otherwise it will reduce the filter effect.   
5. The inlet pipe shall not have leakage phenomenon, the oil and smoke dust cleaning should be in place; to use high-pressure air blowing filter, in low humidity environment, blowing direction to enter the filter screen and the air in the opposite direction; when installed, the adjacent screen folding direction should be mutual cross.
