【Mrefilter】The types of gasoline filter

The gasoline filter is simplified as Gasofil. The main function of Gasoline filter is to filtrate the impurities in the oil. The element inside the filter includes two kinds, that is multihole ceramics and paper. The paper element is made of the micropore paper  which is processed by resin, so it has the advantages of high efficiency, low cost and easy to maintain. 

The types of gasoline filter
Gasoline filter, which has conch type of gasoline filter and line type of gasoline filter
Line type of gasoline filter: The gasoline filter is located inside of the filter for this type, the pleated paper is used to connect the plastic or the metal filter. When the greasy dirt comes in, it will be filtrated by the element through the filter’s ektexine and then finally reaches the center with clean oil
The paper is rolled on the central tube, which is different from line type of gasoline filter. When the greasy oil comes in, it will be filtrated directly and then comes out, the impurities will be retained in the groove of filter. This type of filter is better which is suitable for medium and high grade vehicles

 The cleaning principle of gasoline filter
The function of gasoline filter is to filtrate the moisture and impurities in the oil. When the engine operates, the oil comes into the filter’s sediment cup through oil tube and the light impurities will flow to the element with the fuel oil. Then the clean fuel oil will permeate to the element from the micropore and then flows out through the oil tube

 The changing cycle of gasoline filters
Normally the gasoline filter needs to be changed each time it drives about 20000 kilometers combined with driving road condition.
Normally, each time when it drive 5000-8000 kilometers, we need to maintain the oil filter, gasoline filter, air filter.
