Diesel filter
Effect：The function of the diesel filter is to filter out harmful impurities and moisture in the fuel system, protect the normal operation of the engine, reduce wear, avoid clogging, and increase the life of the engine.
Material：The filter element of the diesel filter mostly uses filter paper, and some also use felt or polymer materials. The filter element of gasoline filter mostly uses filter paper, but also uses nylon cloth and polymer materials.
Structure：The structure of the diesel filter is roughly the same as that of the oil filter. There are replaceable and spin-on types.

Fuel water separator
The fuel water separator is a kind of fuel filter, including membrane filter fuel water separator, lipophilic material fuel water separator, non-powered fuel water separator, demulsification fuel water separator, etc. Fuel water separators are basically used in the automobile industry, catering industry, sewage treatment industry and petrochemical industry. The key to the role of the automobile fuel water separator is to separate the moisture in the fuel, so that the fuel will be burned more fully in the engine cylinder, and the engine will work better.
The working process of the fuel water separator in the car：
1、After the fuel enters the filter separator, the solid impurities are first filtered out by the filter layer.
2、In the demulsification layer, the emulsified oil and water are separated.
3、In the fuel water separator, small water droplets will condense into large water droplets, which are kept in the sump.
4、By separating the water repellency of the filter element, the small water droplets that have not had time to condense are collected into the sedimentation tank, and then discharged from the drain valve.
5、Finally, the fuel whose moisture has been separated is discharged from the filter separator.
Matters needing attention on automobile fuel：
1、Try to increase the marked fuel as much as possible to extend the life cycle of the engine to the necessary extent.
2、Different types of fuel cannot be mixed.

Diesel fine filter
Diesel fine filter is a diesel fine filter designed for the current two-stage filtration commonly used in diesel engines. It forms a two-stage filter together with the diesel fuel water separator. The fuel water separator is used to filter the water in the diesel, and the diesel fine filter is the fine particles in the diesel.
As the main filter in the two-stage filtration, the diesel fine filter is also the last line of defense against impurities, and has high requirements for filtration efficiency and service life. At present, for diesel heavy trucks with national standards, the filtration efficiency of 3-5 micron particles is as high as 98.6%, the filtration efficiency of particles above 5-10 microns is 99.8%, and the filtration efficiency of particles above 10 microns is 99.9%. While ensuring high filtration efficiency, it must also meet the small flow resistance to ensure the reliable operation of the engine and sufficient power.

In order to allow the engine to drink clean and good diesel, avoid abnormal wear and tear of common rail components used in the engine. Only by finely filtering the diesel fuel can the high-pressure pump, electronic control injector and common rail nozzle be effectively protected, and unnecessary high maintenance costs can be reduced.
