【Mrefilter】How to replace the air filter

Air filter replacement method:
1. Open the hood
The air filter is arranged on the left side of the engine and is a rectangular black plastic box. The upper cover of the air filter box is fixed by four bolts. Use a screwdriver to unscrew it. It is best to use a diagonal method when unscrewing. After removing the bolts, the upper cover of the air filter box can be opened. After opening, the air filter element is placed inside, no other parts are fixed, just take it out directly;

2. Remove and install the sealing ring
After taking out the air filter element, clean the air filter box. Do not throw away the air filter element directly. The air filter sealing ring installed on it is not disposable, it has to be installed on a new air filter, and the sealing ring only needs to be removed from the upper end. Take out the new air filter and install the sealing ring that was just removed. This link is very important. Don't forget to install the sealing ring;

3. Load the empty filter box
After installing the sealing ring, put the entire air filter into the air filter box, pay attention to install it in place, and not be dislocated, inclined or left with gaps;

4. Fixing bolts
Tighten the bolts on the air filter box cover. The tightening sequence is still diagonal. Do not tighten each bolt in place at a time, but tighten it gradually one by one;

5. Check
Check whether each bolt is screwed in place, whether the air filter box is normal, whether there is any deformation, large gap, etc. After confirming that it is correct, then put down the hood.
